I can't believe we have already been in 2019 for a WHOLE WEEK! I haven't even gotten a time to work on this year's resolutions so I decided to reflect on the past year and see which of my 2018 resolutions I actually kept! I linked the post about last years resolutions HERE so you can see in more detail what I was thinking back then. My first resolution was don't let time get away from me. This is definitely the hardest thing for me to do and I don't think I was very successful AT ALL! Being a blogger means constantly being on your phone, taking photos to create content, writing blog posts and getting inspiration from articles you read or people you follow. I will say that when Ryan is home I do a much better job at putting down my phone or getting off of the computer so I can spend time with him - when he's gone, not so much! My second resolution was try things I have said that I wanted to but then said I don't have time to do. Still haven't taken a yoga class LOL! But I did start the BBG Workout and lasted a few weeks both times. We also spent a ton of time camping, boating and traveling so I think I definitely deserve points for that! My third resolution was to take more chances with my business. I can say that I won big in this resolution! Not only did I grow my following more than I projected, I also began working with brands that I love and booking some amazing trips as an influencer. I can't wait to share some of these with you over the next few months! My final resolution was one that I will always have SEE MORE LIVE MUSIC! I didn't see nearly as much Phish as I hoped to in 2018 and that was a big bummer for me. We did get to experience some amazing concerts though, especially Twiddle headlining Red Rocks! Hopefully 2019 will bring way more music than I experienced last year! I'm going to take the next week to reflect on what I want to accomplish next year through the blog and my 2019 resolutions and then I'll let you guys know - I have a feeling they will be pretty similar but definitely more of a challenge!
Did you guys make or break your resolutions?!
xoxo. Alexandra
