This cool and casual beach town offers more of a low-key stay than the other towns along Scenic 30A. You will find cozy cottages next to more modern villas and the largest beach access of all of the towns. While we only visited Inlet Beach for a quick dinner on two different occasions, I could definitely see myself returning to explore more!
EAT
amici 30A: We went to amici 30A for happy hour and got more than we came for! Delicious drinks, tasty appetizers, and custom-made personal pizzas left us satisfied for the night!
Shades Bar & Grill: This casual dining spot is perfect for a craft beer and quick bite. The blackened tuna dip was delicious and their Huckleberry Lemonade is one of the tastiest cocktails I had while in Florida.
ENJOY
Biking: The Timpoochee Trail is an 18-mile pathway that connects many of the beach neighborhoods along Scenic 30A. There are plenty of bikes to rent and you can keep them for your entire trip or just for the day.
Kayaking: There are many beautiful state parks and dune lakes to kayak in, or you can head right into the gulf! Many days the water is calm and you can see dolphins, sea turtles and other sea creatures! If you head into Grayton Beach State Park you can even paddle straight from the Western Lake into the Gulf!
Stand-Up Paddleboarding: The calm, smooth waters of the dune lakes along Scenic 30A are perfect for stand-up paddleboarding. I even saw people paddling out into the gulf when the waves weren't too big. You can rent a board and even take lessons if it's your first time.
Yoga: Yoga studios dot the drive from Panama City Beach to Miramar Beach, offering indoor classes and outdoor sessions on the sand. If you're feeling adventurous you can even practice your flow on top of a stand-up paddleboard!
